Photography Website's Content Overhaul is Almost There!
Hello there - welcome!  Our apologies that this website is inbetwixt and between at the moment. The ambitious redesign will be complete in December 20, 2009, with a thousand+ high quality fine art, stock, and commercial photographs. They shall  be easily searchable and purchasable online as master fine art photographs and/or stock images, on a variety of media, in sizes ranging to 6 feet. We appreciate your patience with the few placeholder images and categories that are currently here. If you'd like to be alerted when the new site is populated and launched, please click here to receive no-spam email.

The new site is populated primarily with the work of Chris Ogden, an award winning professional photographer who is a principal of In the Moment Images.

Chris is based in Durham, North Carolina (NC), USA, and travels worldwide in pursuit of special moments, in special light. He specializes in landscapes that capture inspiring emotions, whether on the earth, above it, or below the sea. He is especially drawn those that may engender environmental awareness, appreciation, and protection.

Whether you're an art director, corporate buyer,
magazine editor, museum curator, or individual patron who loves quality art, you'll be sure to find some compelling work to suit you here, from a solid variety of landscapes, abstracts, man/nature intertwined, travel photographs, and street scenes.

If you're a photographer who loves photo tours/workshops that stretch beyond the norm, you're likely to find a trip within, lead by Chris and other engaging experts, that can fuel your passions. Our expanded 18 month schedule is ever growing - whether in the backcountry around the world, or around the block, or
in the classroom, excellence, photography learning, and fun abound. Note: Past tour clients, patrons, and mailing list members will be the first to hear about the upcoming trips (mark your calendars for the second and third weeks of July 2010 for another unforgettable two weeks in the back country of Iceland - where the golden light lasts 8 hours a day and we're out in 4WD's shooting at midnight)!

As well, we'll be updating our Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Lightroom for Photographers courses dates and locations, in addition to our usual Digital Photography and Color Management practice. We also do custom training, on site or in our studio, with your specific photos and desired outcomes.

In addition to the images, workshops, and classes for sale through this site, we have plenty of valuable, free content as well. Want to know how to maximize performance of your desktop machine for Photoshop, how to do Digital Asset Management (DAM)
practically, which equipment to buy (including speciality items for the backpacking photographer)? If so, here's the place for you.

Thank you for your continued interest and support - your collaboration made last year our best year ever!

-Chris Ogden and Colleagues
